NEW DELHI, Aug 29: Freight rates for nine-tonne pay load section have not showed any huge fluctuations, remained flat in the local truck transport market today following easy position of trucks in the markets.
Transporters said besides, good cargo movements, ample position of trucks in the markets, mainly held most of centres freight rates around last levels.
Following are today’s freights per nine-tonne load: Jaipur 17,000 Hyderabad 59,000 Chandigarh 18,000 Vijayawada 61,000 Ludhiana 20,000 Bangalore 64,000 Kanpur 20,500 Chennai 65,000 Indore 21,000 Mysore 68,000 Ahmedabad 24,000 Pondicherry 66,000 Baroda 25,000 Coimbatore 70,000 Patna 27,000 Kochi 73,000 Surat 27,000 Thiruvananthapuram 79,000 Mumbai 29,000 Goa 55,000 Pune 30,000 Gwalior 17,000 Kolkata 32,000 Guwahati 53,000.
