JAMMU, Sept 2: The J&K Commercial Taxes Non-Gazetted Employees Association (CTNEA), Jammu division has urged State Government to remove the pay anomalies of Process Servers of the department.
In a meeting of the Association held here today, Nazir Ahmed Bhat, president of the association strongly advocated the removal saying that file in question is pending for disposal in the personal section of Finance Department vide 3537/PSF, dated February 2, 2013.
He further said that process servers have been subjected to discrimination from last 27 years as in 1987 they were put in the pay scale of Rs 800-1500 from 410-700 as equivalent to the pay scale of head Armed Guard and Head Excise Guard.
Bhat also stressed upon the Government for re-organization of the Department.
