JAMMU, Sept 2: A workshop on life skills and time management was conducted at KC International School, here.
The students of classes IX-XII attended the counseling session.
Dr Chand Trehan, capacity building officer, University of Jammu, the spokesperson introduced the session by an ice-breaking activity and wherein she stressed upon the importance of being an effective and result oriented personals.
In her sessions she took various aspects of life skills and touched the career awareness domain alongwith the time management as an important tool to get success in ensuing examinations.
Dr Ravi Bhushan, Principal KCIS also stressed on the importance of strengthening life skills.
He stressed that if the students score high grades they are assured of better prospects in future. So, the students must set high targets and try to achieve them.
Dr Bhushan added that as per CCE, life skills are an integral part of the curriculum and required for holistic development.
