Addressing the protestors, president of the Front, Rachpal Singh Chib, said that after recommendations of National Human Rights Commission a financial package was sanctioned for the camp and non-camp refugees of 1947 Pak refugees in August 2000 but the State Government did not implement its all components comprising lakhs of rupees for non-camp and camp refugees that remained undisbursed.
