JAMMU, Sept 11: A medical-cum-awareness camp was organized today by a team of Doctors from Acharaya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences and Hospital (ASCOMS) under the guidance of Davinder Batra (Trustee) and Dr RP Kudyar (Director Principal) at the Government Primary School, Beli Charana, Jammu.
More than 250 patients attended the camp and were provided medical relief and medicines. The patients who needed admission in the hospital were advised to visit ASCOMS Hospital for free investigations, treatment and further follow up.
The Medical team was led by Dr Abhinav Gupta (Physician Specialist), Dr Sourabh and Dr Sakul Gupta from Department of Medicine, Dr Meeta Gupta (Gynecologist), Dr Rushali and Dr Anjali from Department of Ophthalmology, Dr Shivani from Department of Dermatology and Dr Gurdeep Singh and Dr Pawan Nargotra from Department of Community Medicine.
Dr Gurdeep Singh also gave a lecture on prevention of water borne diseases during such calamities.
