There is no alternative in Delhi other than fresh elections, and formation of a new Government. The BJP’s hope to form a Government seem to have diminished after AAP sting operation.
If BJP has to maintain the momentum of Parliamentary elections, it is better for it to seek mandate once again. The horse trading allegation against it may tarnish its image and people will certainly disapprove any uncalled for action.
All political parties must put end to mess they have created around themselves by seeking a new mandate. Though electioneering is a costly affair, there is no way out than this at present.
Meanwhile, the elected representatives should not take wages for a labour they do not do. Why shall not the ‘no work, no wages’ principle be invoked right now ?
