JKVM pays rich tributes to martyrs

JAMMU, Sept 14: Jammu and Kashmir Vichar Manch paid rich tributes to the martyrs’ in an impressive function held at its office in Shaaradaa Bhavan, Bohri, here today.
The speakers at the function pointed out that the killing of the prominent Kashmiri Hindus was a calculated move to uproot the aborigines of Kashmir.
Those who spoke on the occasion included Hira Lal Bhat, C L Garo, Ashok Kangan, Makhan Lal Malla, Santosh Koul, H N Pandita, Pranji Pandita, Tej Sagar, Sandesh Raina, Ashokji Batargaam, Dr R L Bhat and Bushan Lal Bhat, recounted their personal experience of the turbulent days and the terror that was unleashed under a plan.
The JKVM speakers vowed that the sacrifice of the martyrs as well as the pain and deprivation forced upon the aborigines of Kashmir is something that no victim must allow to be forgotten.
Floral tributes were paid to the martyrs after a silent remembrance of the sacrifice of the martyrs.
