BANI (KATHUA), Sept 22: While undertaking an exclusive tour of Bani, Chairman NPP and MLA Harshdev Singh addressed a large public meeting at Machhedi in Bani Constituency.
Harshdev in his address emphasized on the vast tourism potential of Bani and lamented that Bani being a ‘nature’s paradise’ has not been able to make a place in the tourism map of J&K due to the apathetic and improper leadership and representation of the successive Legislators of the constituency.  He said that  the villages like Machhedi are still deprived of the basic infrastructure and civic amenities like education, roads, water, and electricity and the local inhabitants are forced to live in a primitive age.
Harsh exhorted the people to support and strengthen the hands of young and dynamic NPP candidate Pawan Dev Singh from Bani Assembly constituency.  He asserted that NPP shall stand committed to the overall development of Bani on the pattern and analogy of Ramnagar which has been of fine example of progress and development since more than a decade.
Pawan Dev Singh party candidate from Bani while addressing the people said that if he was given a chance to represent Bani constituency in the Assembly he would dedicate his life for the progress and development of Bani which has been bearing the brunt of discrimination, backwardness, illiteracy and unemployment for the last 65 years.  He also appealed the youth to come forward and propagate the agenda of Panthers Party among the people.
