JAMMU, Sept 25: A poem recitation competition was organized at Delhi Public School, Jammu for the students of class Prep and II with the purpose of making them aware about the importance of expressions in poetic form.
All the participants delivered the messages in the form of beautiful poems and made the audience aware about some important issues and topics.
Meenu Gupta, Headmistress up to Middle School DPS Jammu, while appreciating the students’ creativity and performance, stated that such stage exposure gives boost to the students’ confidence and helps them to develop strong personality by gaining self esteem.
The winners from class Prep included Sparsh Bakshi, Aadvik Sharma, Archisha Gupta, Krivi Dogra, Samiksh Sawhney, Saanvi Anand, Tanishka Sood, Aarya Giri, Gurtej Singh, Vanshpreet Singh, Rishyka Thakur and Neeranjana.
Additional Director / Principal, Dr D Joseph DPS Jammu, congratulated all the participants who made excellent display of their artistic talent.
