Jammu, Oct. 19: Full dress rehearsal of National Police Day 2014 was held today. Shakeel A. Beig, DIG Jammu accompanied by Vijay Singh Sambyal, DIG IR Jammu inspected the final rehearsal of Police contingents at Police Martyrs Memorial Railway Station Jammu and also inspected the preparedness of main function at Police Stadium Gulshan Ground. The National Police Day 2014 is scheduled to be held on 21st October 2014. The Day is observed every year in the country to pay tributes to police martyrs who laid down their lives while fighting militancy and performing law and order duties. The organising as well as reception committees of both the locations were briefed and given directions on the spot.

M Choudhary SSP CO IR 14th and Randhir Singh SP Hqrs. Jammu were also present at the occasion.
