JAMMU, Oct 22: Government today ordered transfers and postings of four KAS officers.
According to an order issued by General Administration Department (GAD), Mohammad Younis Malik, OSD in the Personal Section of Minister for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner (Central) in the Rural Development Department vice Vipin Kumari. He shall, be ex-officio Additional Secretary, Rural Development Department.
Vipin Kumari, Deputy Commissioner (Central) in the Rural Development Department has been transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Samba vice Bhumesh Sharma, who shall report in the General Administration Department on the expiry of the leave for further posting.
Mohammad Farooq Dar, presently on deputation to the Consulate General of India, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as Coordinator for Haj-2014, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, School Education Department. He shall join immediately after his repatriation from the Consulate General of India, Jeedah, Saudi Arabia.
Kuldeep Kishan Sidha, under order of posting as Additional Secretary, School Education Department has been posted as Additional Secretary, Rural Development Department.
