UDHAMPUR, Nov 1: The Army’s Northern Command Aviation Corps celebrated its 28th Raising Day by organizing functions by Officers, JCOs and Jawans with their families at various Army Aviation units, here today.
In his message, Lt Gen DS Hooda, GOC-in-C Northern Command, complimented all personnel of Army Aviation Corps for their dedication, hard work and complimented them for their whole hearted support beyond the call of duty in recently conducted OP Megh Rahat relief and rescue operations in the State.
The Army Aviation Corps the ‘Arm of the future’ has not only performed exceedingly well in its role in support of the ground forces during operations but also in support of civil populations during aid to civil authorities.
