JAMMU, Nov 5: A 19 years old girl today made an abortive attempt on her life by consuming some poisonous substance at her residence in Chak Bhalwal area of city outskirts, a police spokesperson said.
He said the girl has been identified as Seema (19) daughter of Plaanu Sharma, a resident of Nepal (at present Chak Bhalwal). Finding her unconscious, the family members immediately rushed her to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where her condition is stated to be stable till the last reports came in.
The concerned Police has taken cognizance of the matter and started investigations.
