JAMMU, Nov 6: Abhijeet Singh Chib (Black belt 1st Dan) student of All J&K Shito-Ryu Seifukan Karate Do Association represented India for 5th International Karate Championship at Goa.
Six Countries namely, Srilanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Malaysia and India participated in this Championship.
Abhijeet clinched bronze medal in Kumite (fights with Asian players).
The Championship was organized by Shito-Ryu Karate School of India, approved by All India Karate Federation (Mumbai) and recognized by Govt of India and Indian Olympic Association, Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs.
