UDHAMPUR, Nov 15: BJP candidate from Udhampur Constituency, Pawan Khajuria today addressed corner meetings at various places in the Assembly segment and appealed the people to vote for BJP and make its Mission 44+ a success so that the Udhampur gets its due share in development and progress.
The meetings were addressed by him at Laddan, Power House, Bhajkhali, Ossu, Kara, Upper Ossu, Dhar and Gratiyan.
He, while highlighting the policies and programmes of BJP said that the last six months achievement of Modi led NDA Government is visible and if BJP comes to power the J&K State will also be put on path of progress and development as the Party is committed to give a peoples friendly Government to the State.
Mr Khajuria, said that Udhampur has been constantly neglected and the people are now pinning high hopes in BJP and Mr Modi. He assured the people that he will come to their expectations and will never let them down.
Recalling his role as the Chairman of the Municipal Committee Udhampur, he said he never compromised on the development of the town and did not hesitate to quit when it became a matter of prestige for his people as he did not want any compromise on quality of work to be executed by the civic body.
Khajuria appealed the people to vote in his favour in the ensuing elections for prosperity, development and better civic amenities in the town.
