Pathania seeks vote on development plank

RAMNAGAR, Nov 16: R S Pathania, BJP candidate from Ramnagar Assembly segment, while addressing largely-attended meetings at far-off locations – Bari, Ladana, Kela, Marail, Geeran, Sulan, Dhara, Pangyal, Thaplal, Jandriari, Drarn, Katwalt, Majua, Rasein, Badhal, Kanala, Dola, Sunetar-B, Sunetar-A, Tellani, Beri and Guddal, has appealed people of Ramnagar to vote and elect him so that his vision of ‘Khushal and Sarv-Sampan’ Ramnagar is materialized.
“Due to corruption, mis-governance, favoritism, nepotism and contractor-politician nexus prevailing in the area, Ramnagar has not been able to assert and flourish properly despite the availability of best of potential available here,” he alleged.
He listed his priorities in areas of women empowerment, upliftment of weaker sections, professional education, creation of employment opportunities, promoting tourism, clean drinking water, uninterrupted and proper-voltage electricity, sanitation and cleanliness, basic education, primary healthcare and animal care, public transport, poverty reduction, disaster management etc, in which the area lags far behind.
Mr Pathania also canvassed for votes in his favour on the plank of good governance, transparent and responsive administration and 24 X 7 presence in the area. He vowed to set up Shrine Boards for Pingla Mata, Chountara Mata, Shiv Mandirs at Khoon and Dalsar, Narsing Temples at Ramnagar and Jansal, Gatolu Mata temple and Merhada Mata temple.
Among others, who accompanied him in the tour, included Sham Lal, Bishan Das, Sorav Gupta, Rajinder Sharma, Capt Gopal Singh, Gopal Dass, Mohan Lal advocate, Amit Sharma, Rakesh Kumar, Virinder Singh, Vinu Jamwal, Sachin Gupta and several local leaders.
