JAMMU, Nov 21: Congress candidate from Jammu East constituency and general secretary JKPCC Vikram Malhotra visited Panjthirthi, Khilonia Wali Gali and other areas and addressed the local residents and party workers, today.
In his address, Vikram Malhotra promised to transform the developmental landscape of his constituency, saying focus would be laid on improving road network, sanitation, health and hygiene besides civic amenities. He said that regulated power and drinking water supply will form core his priorities.
Malhotra also stated that he wants to promote Jammu East as a Model Constituency and serve the public of Jammu East for the next six years in order to encourage development in the Constituency and by solving the basic as well as major problems of masses of Jammu East.
Vikram also said that public wants to have people-friendly governance in the State and Congress is the only party which can bring such change in the State.
He said that his main aim was to serve the masses and only with this aim he is contesting the elections and is fully hopeful of winning with huge margin with the blessings of almighty God and support of the masses of Jammu East Assembly constituency.
He also visited Tawi banks near Panjthirthi.
