JAMMU, Nov 22: Independent candidate from Jammu West Assembly constituency Sanjay Gupta has launched massive door-to-door election campaign to seek votes in his favour.
Mr Gupta has been holding corner meetings and meeting the people in their houses and calling upon them to vote candidate of clean image to the Assembly.
Jammu West Assembly constituency will go to polls in last phase on December 20.
Sanjay Gupta, a prominent social worker and presidents of many social and religious organizations, has been seeking votes on the basis of his clean image, social and religious works and people friendly image.
He has promised to the people that he will make Jammu West Assembly constituency a model segment with his hard work and cooperation of the people if he was elected to the Assembly.
Mr Gupta hoped that the people of Jammu West Assembly constituency will not go by the traditional parties this time and vote and efficient Independent candidate, who is always ready for their help.
Mr Gupta said he will intensify the campaign and try to cover as much localities as possible as part of his mass contact programme to seek support of the people.
