JAMMU, Nov 23: National Panthers Party (NPP) Patron Prof Bhim Singh appealed to the electorates including farmers, youth, labourers, women and ex-servicemen to vote and support the Panthers party candidates in the forthcoming Assembly elections in order to liberate the people of Jammu from the corrupt, communal and criminal politicians.
Prof Singh said this while addressing public rallies in Chenani, Sudhmahadev, Mantalai, Bup, Sarad, Marothi, Sera, Latti, Jakhar, Khaned and Kirchi Dudu.
He expressed shock on Prime Minister Modi’s speech in Kishtwar where he failed to mention the name of Jammu, which is constituent of Jammu Pradesh and not Kashmir.
Prof regretted that PM Modi could mention only Kashmir avoiding to mention Jammu at all as he did during his UN speech in New York.
He reminded PM that these were the people of Jammu who voted for him so that he shall fight to regain their dignity, honour and identity from the authoritarian Kashmiri rulers.
NPP Patron added that it is shocking that PM Modi does not care to mention the name of Jammu. He said that Modi could not keep up the standard which the PM of India should have demonstrated.
He said that accusing the families (Khandan) and not the political parties during his Kishtwar speech was disgusting and amounted to gross violations of the code of conduct.
Prof Singh said that Chenani has not seen any development in the last 60 years and one can see it by himself that the developmental remained to the point which was done by Panthers party MLAs.
He also accused State Government for neglecting Chenani, Sudhmahadev and Mantalai which could have been developed like Patnitop.
Prof Singh was accompanied by Dhani Ram Atri, NPP candidate from Chenani constituency, Harsh Dev Singh, MLA, Chairman, NPP and contesting candidate from Ramnagar constituency, Ajaj Ahmad, Khem Raj Sharma, Sarpanch Sudesh Kumar.
