JAMMU, Nov 26: G D Goenka Public School won 38 medals including 19 gold, 9 silver and 10 bronze to bag 1st place in the Inter-School Karate Championship, organized by All Jammu and Kashmir Shito-Ryu-Seifukan Karate Association at Dewan Vidhya Mandir, Amarvilla, Talab Tillo, here.
8 Schools participated in the Championship.
The Principal of the School, Dr R P Singh lauded the efforts of the team and their coach, Abhijeet Singh, Black Belt Ist Dan for their splendid performance.
