JAMMU, Dec 19: In a simple function, the senior members of the Roller Athlete Skating Club, Jindrah, declared open the 3rd Roller Athlete Skating Carnival at Shiva Roller Skating Institute, Peer Kho, Jammu. On the opening day, the players showed enthusiasm in hockey matches. The Carnival starts with senior inline hockey match between Indiana Roller Skating Club and Shiva Roller Skating Club, which the Indiana Club won by 5-3 goals. Later the senior roller match was also played between the host team and Shiva Roller Skating Club. The young players of Shiva Roller Skating Club under the captaincy of International skater Vinay Bakshi showed excellent performance, but lost the match by a margin of one goal. The host team was led by International skater Atul Sharma.
