JAMMU, Dec 29: In its unwavering commitment to its trade partners and rural audiences in Jammu and Kashmir, Aircel, one of India’s leading telecom players, organized an exciting cricket tournament ‘Aircel Premier League’ for its trade partners and rural audiences, here.
The cricket tournament which had begun on December 21, 2014 brought together both urban and rural segments to play fun-filled and engaging cricket matches.
The finals which were held at the KC international School ground had three matches. The first match was played between two village teams namely Targwal and Akhnoor XI, second match was played between two trade teams of Old Jammu Kings and New Jammu City and the highlight of the day was the match between Aircel warriors and the Media XI.
Akhnoor XI, Old Jammu Kings and Aircel Warriors emerged winners of the League.
The trophies to the winning teams namely Akhnoor XI, Old Jammu Kings and Aircel warriors were handed over by Madan Kumar Jha, Circle Business Controller and Rakesh Kumar, Sales Head, Aircel Jammu.
