SRINAGAR, Dec 31: Vigilance Organization Kashmir today produced challan against Compiler GP Fund Office Srinagar, who was caught red handed while accepting bribe.
Challan in case FIR number 27/2012 P/S VOK, registered on October 1, 2012, was produced against Ghulam Ahmad Shah, Compiler Fund Office Srinagar, before the Court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption Srinagar, Y P Bourney.
The accused was caught red handed while demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 2500 as illegal gratification from the complainant namely Ghulam Mohd Hagroo of Peerbagh, a retired employee of R&B Department for completion his GP Fund case.
Next date of hearing of the case has been fixed for January 21, 2015.
