Teacher among two killed in road accident

JAMMU, Jan 3: A teacher was among two persons got killed, when the Maruti car they were traveling in plunged into deep gorge near Tuksan village in district Reasi.
The ill-fated vehicle bearing registration number JK02K-9456 was on its way to Angralla from Mahore, when the driver lost control over the steering and the vehicle plunged into 400 feet deep gorge near Tuksan village, resulting into on the spot death of two persons, including a teacher.
After getting information, police team and locals rushed to the spot, retrieved the bodies and shifted the same to nearby hospital for postmortem.
The deceased have been identified as Mohammad Sadiq (21), a resident of Tuksan and 40-year-old Gulam Muhammad (teacher), a resident of Mahore.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at concerned police station and investigation started.
