JAMMU, Jan 7: All J&K ReT Teachers Forum, Jammu Zone appealed to the Director School Education (DSE), Jammu to extend the winter vacation up to January 15 in wake of prevailing cold weather conditions.
A meeting of the forum was held under the chairmanship of its president of Joginder Kumar Digra, who while speaking said that the school children are finding it difficult to adjust themselves in the classrooms of Government Schools due to lack of proper facilities.
He appealed the DSE Jammu to extend the summer vacation upto January 15.
Others, who spoke were Parveen Kumar, Vishal Kumar, Gurdass Kumar, Sandeep Kumar, Sikander Kumar, Daleep Kumar, Karan Singh, Suresh Kumar, Karan Singh, Rakesh Kumar, Kamal Kishore, Sonia Verma, Sarika, Kunti Devi, Meena Kumari and Surinder Kour.
