BARAMULLA, Jan 11: Army organized medical camp along with ex-servicemen in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
The medical camp was organised by Army’s 46 Rashtriya Rifles at Thimayya Hall.
People from Baramulla town and its surrounding areas gathered at the venue to use the facilities being provided by the Army.
Major General Raj Shukla, GOC 19 Infantry Division, Farooq Ahmad Lone, Deputy Commissioner Baramulla and Deputy Inspector General of Police Ghulam Hassan Bhat were present on the occasion.
As a goodwill gesture, the dignitaries distributed blankets to the poor and needy persons. Four doctors from Army and Red Cross Society Baramulla treated about 400 male and 110 female patients.
The dignitaries also interacted with the local population.
