NEW DELHI : The Supreme Court today set aside the Rajasthan High Court order which stayed and suspended his conviction in the black buck hunting case. A Division Bench comprising Justices S J Mukhopadhyay and A Goyal passed the order after hearing the appeal filed by Rajasthan state government.
In November last year, the Rajasthan HC had suspended Salman’s conviction.
Salman was convicted by the trial court in the case. His appeal is pending before the High Court. The apex court, had, however, asked the actor to approach the High Court if he needed any relief.
