KCC outclasses CCC by 33 runs in last league match

*Quarterfinal rounds to start from today

JAMMU, Jan 15: Khalsa Cricket Club (KCC) outclassed Country Cricket Club (CCC) by 33 runs in the last league match and sailed into the next round of the ongoing 3rd Christmas Cup played at Parade cricket ground here today.
Electing to bat first, after winning the toss, KCC made 134 runs for all out in 14 overs. Harinder made 37 and Sudesh scored 35 runs.
For CCC side, Yogesh took 3 wickets, Santbaksh scalped 2, whereas Anil and Ashish shared one wicket each.
In reply, CCC was bundled out at 101 runs for the loss of 7 wickets. Sahil scored 22 runs, whereas Jagjeet made 21 runs.
For KCC side, Manu and Nitin took two wickets each, whileas Rakhinder and Sonu shared one wicket each.
The match was officiated by Sanju, Puneet and Suhail, whileas scorebook was maintained by Vinod Kandaya.
In tomorrow’s quarterfinal fixtures, Sarveshwar Club will clash with Youth Club and PG Law & Sciences will lock horns with JKP XI.
