UDHAMPUR, Jan 16: To provide assistance to Below Poverty Line (BPL) families, the 137 Bn Central Reserve of Police Force(CRPF) Udhampur organized a simple function under Civic Action Programme at Jakhani in Udhampur district here today.
The programme was organized under the overall supervision of Commandant 137 Bn CRPF, Jakhani, Udhampur, Mukesh Kumar.
During the programme, the Commandant along with Second in Commandant, Shallu S Maharana and Deputy Commandant, Anil Shekhawat, distributed blankets among the BPL families of the area.
Commandant, Mukesh said that the CRPF every time stands with them and assured every possible help from the CRPF side.
Among others Assistant Commandant CRPF, Puneet Bhardwaj, Panch Surmi Devi and senior officers and officials of the CRPF battalion which include Davinder Paul Singh, Bodh Raj Rana and K P Sena were also present on the occasion.
