MV International organizes felicitation ceremony

JAMMU, Jan 23: As part of the ongoing Oil and Gas Conservation fortnight, a written Quiz Competition was organized under the banner of ‘Oil & Gas Conservation Fortnight’ at MV International School by the representatives of Bharat Petroleum, here.
The chairman of the School, Hira Lal Abrol, Territory Coordinator Jammu, Rajesh Sharma and Mir Irfan Assistant Manager Engineers of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd gave away the prizes to the winners.
Rishab Mehra of Class IX was the top scorer, followed by Mangat Ram and Rohit Slathia of Class IX who were the runners-up. All the students of Class IX participated in the quiz.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajesh Sharma and his team apprised the students about the need of Oil and Gas Conservation and the steps taken by the Govt of India to conserve this fast depleting natural resource.
The Director of the School, Gourav Abrol appreciated the students for their inquisitiveness to know about conservation techniques in greater details.
The function ended with the distribution of prizes among the winners.
