JAMMU, Jan 28: The J&K Indian Style Wrestling Team (Men) has left for Jamkandi in Karnataka to participate in the 48th Senior National Championship and Hind Kesari Title to be held from tomorrow.
Before leaving for Karnataka the team underwent 14-day coaching at Baba Peer Mir Shah Akhara, Domana (Jammu). The team was screened and sponsored by J&K State Sports Council.
The Team: Rustam Choudhary (55kg), Bushan Mehra (61kg), Balwinder Singh (67kg), Stephen Ledther (75kg), Sakeel Khan (85kg) Jatinder Singh (+85kg), Sanjay Singh (Hind Kesri Title) and Abhishek Sangral (Hind Kesri Title).
The team is accompanied by Sanjeev Sharma (manager), Mulkh Raj Sharma (coach) and Bansi Lal Tidyal (technical official).
