JAMMU, Feb 5: A CRPF cop of the rank of Havildar today died mysteriously in Transit Camp, Narwal.
According to a police spokesperson, Havildar Mohan Lal (Hc No 820410141), posted at 162 Battalion CRPF, Srinagar suddenly fell unconscious in Transit Camp Narwal following which he was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu where doctors declared him as brought dead.
The body of the deceased cop was shifted to mortuary room of the hospital conducting post mortem and other legal formalities.
The concerned police has registered a case and started proceedings under 174 RPC.
