JAMMU, Feb 6: Renowned Punjabi comedian and Actor Rana Ranbir today released his novelette “20 November”.
The novelette was released by the Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Dr Anshu Kataria during a function at the Aryans campus.
Rana Ranbir while giving information about his novelette, said that it is a fictitious story of 21 hours regarding the life of today’s youth. Various stages which come in life of every person have been described presentably. While motivating the students, he said that ups and downs are the part of everyone’s life and one should not get discouraged with it.
He further inspired the students to follow the teachings of holy books and root out the evil of female foeticide from the society. “Mother tongue should be adopted in education sector so that the students need not to cram the concepts and build a hold on their respective subjects. If this approach will be adopted in an education sector then we can also give best scientists to the world” he said.
Director, Aryans Group, Prof A P Jain, said that Rana Ranbir’s facial expressions made everyone go crazy about him but not many are aware of his versatility as a writer.
Registrar, Aryans Group of Colleges, Prof B S Sidhu, said that cultural, sports and other co-curricular activities are as important as academics.
Apart from others, Director General, Aryans Group, Dr Parveen Kataria; Director; Deputy Director, Aryans Group, Tejinder Kaur; Punika; Shashi and faculty members were also present.
