BRSCC seals berth in final

Samba, Feb 8: Scripting a thrilling win over Jammu Eleven, Brigadier Rajinder Singh Cricket Club (BRSCC) sealed berth in the finals of the ongoing T20 Tournament, being organized by Jai Baba Santokh Nath Environment and Sports Welfare Committee at Prem Nath Stadium, Smailpur in Samba.
Earlier, BRSCC won the toss and decided to bat first and scored a modest total of 132 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. The main scorers from BRSCC were Gora (39), Rinku (32) and Sunny Gupta (12). Mannu, Nanna and Kaka took 2 wickets in just 4 overs each.
In reply, Jammu Eleven was bundled out for 128 runs and lost the match by a narrow margin of 4 runs. Romy top scored with 30 runs, while Kaka scored 26 runs from Jammu Eleven team. From BRSCC, Sunny Gupta took 3 wickets, Jagtar Singh bagged 2 wickets and Shana claimed 2. Sunny Gupta was declared as man of the match for his brilliant contribution.
The matches are being officiated by Kamal, Rakesh Gupta, Ajeet Singh, Anoop Singh, Ravi Gupta, Rohit, Vishwa Nand and Ranjit Singh.
