JAMMU, Feb 10: Jammu Tawi Sports Cricket Club (J&K) is organizing Jammu and Kashmir Premier League (JKPL) T20 Cricket Tournament from February 20, 2015 at Science College Hostel ground, here.
The decision in this regard was taken during a meeting attended by Indraj Bagal, Shashi Paul, Vikram Singh, Surinder Mehra, Sunil Kumar, Rajat Bharadwaj and Vikram Gupta.
According to a handout issued here, 24 teams will participate in the Rs 50,000 cash award League Tournament, possessing eight groups of three teams each.
All the matches will be played in colour uniforms with white balls to be provided by the organizers.
Best batsman, best bowler and man of the series awards will be presented along with the man of the match for each match of the Tournament.
The Tournament will be sponsored by BHS Realty Pvt Ltd The Vilas Luxury Today, Legacy Tomorrow and Renault.
