JAMMU, Feb 10: Inter-School Declamation contest was organized by KC Gurukul Public School Jakhar in Udhampur, today.
The contest was categorized into two groups- one from Class VIth to VIIIth and other group from class IXth to XIth.
The students of different Schools from Jammu, Udhampur and Chenani contested and put their wholehearted efforts to beat the best.
Dr Shalini from Women College Udhampur, Prof Anuradha from Govt Degree College Udhampur and Annie Hawkins Social Worker were the judges on the occasion.
Achut of Brahm Rishi Bawra Shanti Vidya peeth Stood first in Junior Section and Muskan of KC Public School, Paloura stood first in senior section, while Nandini of DPS Udhampur and Dhananjay of KC Gurukul Public School stood second in their respective sections.
Sagar Banarjee, Principal of KC Gurukul Public lauded the winners for good display.
