JAMMU, Feb 23: The Boxing (Men) team of the University of Jammu left for participation in the All India Inter-University Boxing (Men) Championship 2014-15 being organized by Lovely Professional University, Phagwara (Punjab) from February 25, 2015.
The University team comprises of 7 players namely Y Prabhakar, Gourav, Sumit Choudhary, Ranjat Kumar, Nitish, Akhshit Chouhan and Vivek Sudan.
Harinderpal Singh is accompanying the team as a coach and Sunil K Jaral as manager.
Prof Dhian S Bhau, Director, Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu blessed the team and officials accompanied the team for their successful participation in the said Championship
