REASI, Apr 21: Territorial Army recruitment rally will be held at Subsidiary Training Centre (STC) Talwara from April 27.
This was informed by Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Sushma Chauhan while chairing a meeting of officers.
The meeting was attended by SSP Reasi, Sujit Kumar, Army Officer Hemant Sharma and other district officers.
It was informed in the meeting that the recruitment rally is being organized for recruitment to the post of Soldier General Duty, Clerks, Store Keeper Technical (SKT), Surveyor, Tradesmen (Chef Community, Masalchi, Steward, Housekeeper, Hair Dresser, Washer man and Drivers) categories from April 27 to May 9.
Screening of aspirant candidates will be held at STC Talwara. All interesting candidates have to reach the STC Talwara before the commencement of screening on respective dates. Screening for candidates of Reasi district will be on April 27, for Ramban district on April 28, for Udhampur tehsil and Chenani tehsil on April 29, for Udhampur district (except tehsil Udhampur and Chenani) on April 30, and for Samba district on 1 May.
According to the officials, the trade test will be held on May 2, and interview from May 3 to May 9, 2015 at STC Talwara
Chauhan added that this is part of recently held mega job fair where Army joined hands with civil administration to tackle unemployment problem. She called upon the youth of Jammu region to avail the benefit of this recruitment drive.
