11-member State Judo team leaves for Hyderabad

JAMMU, Apr 25: Jammu and Kashmir Judo Association selected a 11-member team which left today to participate in the Senior National Federation Cup Men and Women, being organized by Telengana Judo Association from April 27 to April 29, 2015 at Hyderabad in Telangana.
Jammu and Kashmir is among the top 10 teams in the Country, which has qualified for this prestigious Championship.
The team was selected after proper screening by J&K State Sports Council in Jammu.
The team: Girls: Yashika Jamwal, Sheetal Sharma, Manisha Kumari Poonam Sharma and Bandana Devi.
Boys: Virbhadra Singh, Ashotosh Khajuria, Danish Sharma and Ranjodh Singh.
The team is being accompanied by coach Suraj Bhan Singh and manager Rameshwar Singh.
