JAMMU, Apr 27: Jammu Adventure Sports Club (JASC) organized 15th Annual Cycle Rally on the theme ‘Swachh Bharat-Swachh Jammu’, here.
Over 300 students from around ten School participated in the rally which was open to the students from classes 6th to 10th.
The rally was flagged off by DC Ajeet Kumar Sahu as chief guest and Arvind Kotweal, Deputy Commissioner Commercial Taxes in presence of Sandeep Gulhati and Kunil Bhalla, chairman and patron of the Club respectively.
The rally began from Bahu Plaza and culminated at Green Field Gandhi Nagar.
The first prize was cycle, which was won by Tanya, while the second prize was mobile phone, which was won by Vignesh Singh of Heritage School and the third prize as wrist watch was claimed by Divyadeep Sundriyal from Heritage School.
Later-on, Gunjan Kohli, convener of the rally and Bhawana Sethi, general secretary of the Club delivered vote of thanks.
