SRINAGAR, Apr 28: High Court today issued a bailable warrant against Commissioner Secretary Social Welfare Department for seeking his presence.
A Division Bench of High Court comprising Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar and Justice Ali Muhammad Magrey directed its Registry to issue bailable warrants in an amount of Rs 20, 000 for securing presence of the officer.
In defiance of court directions, the officer has failed to file fresh compliance report in a case titled Mohammad Amin Beigh versus state of J&K and others
