UDHAMPUR, Apr 28: Due to mismanagement of the Traffic Department, massive vehicular jams were once again witnessed on the National Highway, here this morning.
Vehicles got stuck on the National Highway at Rehambal, Ghari, Chinar, Omara Morh, Military Hospital Chowk and other points resulting into a chaos and acute problem to the school and office goers.
The trouble erupted due to alleged mismanagement by the Traffic Department, which allowed movement of vehicles from both sides, upwards as well as downwards. Hundreds of vehicles got stranded and commuters had to face manifold problems till clearance of the jam by 11.30 a.m.
Pertinent to mention that a similar traffic jam was witnessed on Dhar road on Sunday through the day.
