JAMMU, Apr 29: Narwal police arrested a lady bootlegger along with 40 pouches of illicit liquor.
As per police sources, police team from Narwal police post during patrolling arrested a lady bootlegger along with 40 pouches of illicit liquor.
The accused has been identified as Shakila, wife of Ashok Kumar of Rajeev Nagar.
A case under FIR number 101/15 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at police station Bahu Fort and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge police post Narwal PSI Vishal Kumar made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Bahu Fort police station Naveen Angral, SDPO East Rafiq Manhas and SSP Jammu Uttam Chand.
