KPC asks separatists not to interfere in religious affairs of Hindus

NEW DELHI, May 4: Taking strong exception to the dictates of Geelani on the performance of Shri Amarnathji Yatra, Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) warned the separatist leader to desist from interference in the religious affairs of Hindu community.
Addressing a meeting of    KPC activists, president of the organization Kundan Kashmiri questioned the veracity and authority of the statement demanding restructuring the historical religious event involving sentiments of crores of devotees belonging to Hinduism besides others visiting the cave shrine for Darshan of holy  Shiv- lingam since ages.
He said that dictates of Geelani are totally unacceptable as it has become habit of Geelani and his stooges to fuel the controversy every year before start of this yatra in order to create sense of discomfort.
Hitting hard on the coalition Government in the J&K for their soft approach to curb the militancy, KPC Chief  said that separatists sponsored by the Pakistan and ISI are raking anti national feelings in India under well planned criminal conspiracy to create communal trouble and unrest every year exactly on the onset of yatra.
” He said  good governance agenda  of PDP-BJP coalition  has given rise to anti- national activities so much so that hoisting of Pakistani flag and anti national sloganeering every now and then has become a routine matter,” . He demanded immediate arrest of Syed Ali Shah Geelani under Treason Act for his provocative and seditious utterances which are poisoning the atmosphere.
Condemning the Pakistan’s interference on the issue of Resettlement of Kashmiri Pandits in the Valley, KPC  president demanded stern action against Pakistan in a manner so that the country never dares to repeat interfering in the internal affairs of India.
The meeting was attended by various KPC activists which include R.L.Raina, S.L.Zuthsi, Susheel Bhat, Ashok  Raina, Nana JI, P.K.Mattoo, Surrender Bhat, Ajay Koul and other.
