JAMMU, May 5: Superb all-round show by skipper Arjun Choudhary helped KC Sports Club to thrash HCC by 7 wickets in the ongoing 2nd KCSC T20 Cricket Cup at its Club’s ground, here today.
Earlier, batting first, HCC scored a fighting total of 133 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. Monu was the top scorer with 30 runs, while Harsh contributed with 28 runs. For KCSC, Arjun took 2 wickets, while Aryan claimed one.
In reply, KCSC chased the target with ease by losing 3 wickets to win the match by 7 wickets. Arjun slammed a marvelous half-century, scoring power-packed 56 runs, while Ateev Saini contributed valuable 21 runs to the total. Arjun Choudhary was declared as man of the match for his splendid show.
The matches were officiated by Shanker Dayal, Abhijyot Singh Bedi and Kajinder Singh.
