REASI, May 9: The Zonal Level Inter-School Tournament of Arnas Zone for Under-14 and Under-17 boys and girls in the disciplines of kabaddi, kho-kho, wrestling and volleyball organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, District Office Reasi, concluded today.
The Tournament was inaugurated by Headmaster Government High School Chinka in the presence of District Sports Officer Reasi, Dr SS Chib and Zonal Physical Education Officer, Om Prakash.
In kabaddi U-14 boys, HS Salad defeated HS MS Salal Kotli, while in kabaddi Under-17 boys, HSS Arnas drubbed HS Dhran.
The under-14 boys kho-Kho title went to HS Salal, which drubbed HSS Salal in the title clash, while the Under-17 boys Kho Kho title was bagged by HSS Arnas. Under-17 boys volleyball title was also won by HSS Arnas.
The Under-14 girls kabaddi match was won by MSS Darseen Mohra by defeating MS Baldana, while in kabaddi Under-17 girls, HS Dhran defeated HS Chinka, while the Kho Kho Under-14 and under-17 girls title was won by MS Salal Kotli and HS Chinka respectively.
The matches were officiated by Ashok Kumar, Romesh Chander, Anit Singh and Ajay Billa.
