JAMMU, May 10: Two persons including a youth made abortive bids on their lives by consuming some poisonous substance at their respective residences in different parts of Jammu Region.
According to police sources, a youth namely Ajay (28) son of Krishan Lal, a resident of Jourian, today consumed some poisonous substance at his home following which he was shifted to a nearby Government hospital in Jourian. Later, he was referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu
Similarly, one Pritam Singh (50) son of Swarop Singh, a resident of Gho Manhasa also consumed some poisonous substance at his residence. He was also shifted to GMCH by the family members.
The condition of both the persons was stated to be stable till the last reports came in. In both the cases, the concerned police have taken cognizance of the matter.
