JAMMU, May 11: Minister for  Industries Chander Parkash Ganga today interacted with the newly elected team members of Bari Brahmana Industries Association at BBIA Bhawan today.
The new team led by Lalit Mahajan also assumed the charge of the new office in presence of the Industries Minister today. The Minister congratulated the new team and assured them all possible support.
While welcoming the minister, BBIA general secretary  Rakesh Bhat conveyed his gratitude on behalf of Association for sparing his time for this occasion. During the interaction Lalit Mahajan and other members highlighted the various issues related to the Industrial sector which included ease of doing business, framing of new industrial policy, extension of benefits to Industrial sector in J&K under GST regime, regular SLC meeting for the sanction of incentives, revival of sick units, dedicated feeder for Industrial power supply, upgradation of existing structure, restoration of  Central excise package and Income Tax holiday.
The Industries Minister   assured the BBIA members to resolve their issues on priority basis. Several senior officials from concerned departments were also present on the occasion. Varun Singla, BBIA vice president presented vote of thanks.
