JAMMU, May 14: Tawi Trekkers J&K, the biggest trekking Club of the State, released its calendar of activities for the year 2015-16, in an impressive function held at K L Saigal Hall, Abhinav Theatre, here.
Chief guest, Prof Lalit Magotra, Convener, Dogri Advisory Board, Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi released the Calendar in the presence of guests of honour, Zorawar Singh, Secretary General Press Club, Jammu and Rajan Sharma, Divisional Sports Officer, J&K State Sports Council.
Office bearers of the club, Principals and Directors of various institutions as also trekkers and sport climbers were also present on the occasion.
Earlier, Shawetica Khajuria, general secretary of Tawi Trekkers presented welcome address.
The function was compeered by joint secretary of the club, Sonam Sidharth.
