SAMBA, May 14: One person was killed while two others were injured in two separate road accidents in Samba district today.
According to Police an unknown vehicle knocked down one Vikas Sharma , S/o Subash Chander of Jandi Hiranagar in district Kathua presently at Kote Bhalwal Jammu.
He was shifted to District Hospital Samba where the doctors declared him as brought dead, police added.
Police said two youth were injured after their motorbike skidded off the road at Dayani in Samba on Jammu-Pathankot National Highway.
The duo was identified as Gurdeep Singh S/o Madan Lal of Meen Charka in Bari Brahmana area and Rakesh Kumar S/o Madan Lal of Kehli Mandi Samba. They were first taken to District Hospital Samba where from they were shifted to GMC Jammu in a serious condition when last reports came in.
